At MILESTONE Aachen West, we offer a variety of different apartment types. Choose between the MILESTONE Standard Apartment with a gallery, the Loft Apartment with a living space spread out on two levels, or the Deluxe Apartment- all our apartments are, as always, fully-furnished and bring comfort and design together all in one.
Should you feel the desire to furnish your own apartment, then the Penthouse is for you- 112m2 of space which you can use as your blank canvas.

Your new home is located within the triangular borders of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, which means that a spontaneous city trip is always in reach. However, Aachen is not only known for its great location. This student city captivates with its charm and historical flair, including the well-known Aachen Cathedral, which also happens to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Due to the high number of students you will certainly not get bored here!

MILESTONE Aachen West is our first urban living project and thus a fusion of student living and young professionals.

It consists of two building complexes – the historical building, called “Denkmal” and the new building, called “Neubau“.

The “Neubau” houses the community areas, which can be used equally by all Milestoners.
