With MILESTONE you enjoy the advantages of your own apartment, combined with the community feeling. MILESTONE Carcavelos Nova is located directly on the campus of the Nova School of Business and Economics and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Our second house, MILESTONE Carcavelos Lombos is located 10 minutes walking distance from the campus and offers you a wide range of community areas such as a rooftop terrace with sea view. Bem-vindo in Carcavelos, a town directly on the Portuguese coast. Carcavelos offers you an unbeatable proximity to the centre of Lisbon combined with the beach, relaxation, fun and the ultra-modern and excellent Nova School of Business and Economics with over 3,000 students. With the opening of the new campus, a new student hotspot has been established right on the coast. Living here is fun – you want to clear your head quickly after class and go for a swim or surf? No problem, grab your surfboard and off you go. You fancy the big city? You can reach Lisbon within 15 minutes by train. Whatever you feel like, Carcavelos is the perfect starting point for your activities. Studies also confirm that people who live by the sea are healthier and happier. If that is not an argument!

    We don’t like hidden costs. And we are proud to say that you won’t find any at MILESTONE. You pay a monthly usage fee and that includes your student apartment, access to all our community areas, utility bills, internet and a monthly apartment cleaning.

    Each of our at least 20 square metre apartments is designed exactly for you and your way-of-life: smart, practical and stylish – as well as unique and very cosy. Depending on which dormitory in Carcavelos you choose, you will also have access to a rooftop terrace or our MILESTONE Gym and to a washing lounge.
